A disturbing TikTok video has gone viral, showing an illegal immigrant influencer advocating for other illegal immigrants to "invade" homes in the United States, taking advantage of progressive squatting laws.

This alarming video has sparked outrage among American citizens who are concerned about the potential dangers posed by allowing such content on the platform.

Collin Rugg, co-owner of Trending Politics, shared the video on X, formerly Twitter, raising awareness of the issue. Rugg expressed his disbelief, stating, "TikToker is going viral by telling illegal immigrants how to 'invade' homes in America thanks to progressive squatting laws."

TikToker is going viral by telling illegal immigrants how to "invade" homes in America thanks to progressive squatting laws, "We can invade a house in the USA, what do you think about this new law?" @CollinRugg

In the video, the influencer informs illegal immigrants about squatting laws that allow vacant homes to be taken over by squatters. He boldly claims, "There is a law that if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it."

The TikToker even mentions his plans to engage in "invading abandoned houses" as his next business venture.

To further emphasize his point, the influencer boasts about his African friends who have already taken over seven homes. He urges others to follow suit, stating, "You have to look for the return, and the return right now is to invade a house."

Additionally, the TikToker argues that the only way for illegal immigrants to avoid homelessness and not burden the public is to invade and seize abandoned houses. He concludes the video by asking viewers for their thoughts on progressive squatting laws, stating, "We can invade a house in the USA, what do you think about this new law?"

Progressive squatting laws, such as the one in New York City, have long been a subject of controversy. These laws make it incredibly challenging for property owners to remove squatters after a certain period of time. In New York City, landlords are legally prohibited from evicting squatters or changing locks if the individual has occupied the property for more than 30 days.

Unsurprisingly, the viral TikTok video has faced significant backlash on social media. American citizens have expressed their frustration with liberal policies that seemingly prioritize the rights of illegal immigrants over those of law-abiding citizens.

One social media user commented, "It's starting to feel like illegal immigrants have more rights than actual citizens."

Another concerned individual warned, "This is promoting terrorism. Where are the @FBI and @DHSgov to track down this guy and arrest him? Why do we even have laws in this country that allow illegals to come in and seize homes they don't own? Our country is getting taken over, and our government is letting it happen."

The dissemination of such alarming content on TikTok raises questions about the responsibility of social media platforms to monitor and regulate the content they host.

As this controversy unfolds, it remains to be seen how TikTok will respond to the widespread criticism and whether they will take necessary measures to prevent the circulation of such harmful content in the future.
