President Biden's Crusade Against "Big Chocolate" Raises Additional Concerns About His Competence
President Joe Biden's recent focus on what he calls "Big Chocolate" and his attempt to blame a candy industry conspiracy for the shrinking size of Snickers bars is raising eyebrows and causing many to question his economic competence.
The president seems to be desperately searching for scapegoats, as he speaks to voters, to deflecting blame from his own policies that are wreaking havoc on the American economy.
In his peculiar remarks, President Biden makes reference to "shrinkflation" and "greedflation," terms that he has been using to describe the phenomenon of products getting smaller while prices remain the same or increase.

However, his attempts to put words in front of "-flation" have done little to address the concerns of the American people or effectively address the economic challenges facing the nation.
President Biden's recent visit to the Mars Corporation in South Carolina showcased his disjointed and confusing messaging. He warned the company about the alleged problems of "greedflation" and "shrinkflation," vowing that it would stop under his watch.
Biden often refers to a New York Times piece titled "Why Are Voters So Upset? Consider the Snickers Bar," which used candy as a metaphor to highlight how inflation affects everyday consumers. It is ironic that President Biden would use an article from a publication known for its elitist views to make his point about the struggles of the middle class.
