David DePape admitted to attacking Paul Pelosi and told San Francisco police that he intended to hold Nancy Pelosi hostage, according to a recording of his interrogation made public.

DePape, who is set to go on trial this month, is accused of attacking Paul Pelosi in their California home. While it is unclear what role Pelosi may have played in this case, the fact that she was served a subpoena to produce documents raises concerns about her involvement.
