Colorado’s Capitol Named Most 'Rat-Infested' Places in Country

It seems that the once pristine and thriving city of Denver has slowly but surely fallen down the slippery slope of decay and degradation.

As a proud resident of Colorado, it pains me to see our beautiful capitol city reduced to being called one of the most 'rat-infested' places in the country. This is just another glaring example of the disastrous consequences of bad policies and mismanagement of resources.

According to the well-known pest control company Orkin, Denver has not only made their top 50 list of 'rattiest' cities, but it has earned the shameful title of being the 8th worst city for rodent infestations.

This is not the kind of recognition that we as Coloradans should be proud of. It is a clear indication that something has gone terribly wrong in our city.

This is a startling reminder that residents of Denver are not only facing significant economic challenges but are also being plagued by an alarming rodent population that is out of control. And the fact that this ranking has remained unchanged from last year only goes to show that the situation is not being adequately addressed by our city leaders.

Orkin also provided a list of common signs of a rodent infestation, including visible feces, gnaw marks, nests, rub marks, and strange noises. As a pest control company, their goal is to educate the public on how to prevent an infestation from occurring. However, as responsible citizens, it is our duty to hold our elected officials accountable for taking action to address this issue.

The city of Denver was once known for its beautiful parks, thriving economy, and low crime rate. However, with each passing year, we see a decline in these areas and a rise in the rodent population. It is time for us to demand better from our city leaders and put an end to this deterioration of our beloved city.

While Chicago may have maintained its top spot on the list, it is concerning to see that cities like Los Angeles and New York are experiencing an uptick in their rodent problem as well. This is a trend that mirrors the decline of our cities under liberal leadership. It is time for a change to bring back the greatness of our once great cities.

In the end, this 'rat-infested' ranking serves as a wake-up call for all of us. We cannot continue to allow our once thriving cities to deteriorate under the failed policies of the left. We deserve a Capitol city that is not plagued by rats, but rather one that is a shining example of prosperity, success, and the welcoming entrepreneurial spirit of Coloradans.
